WHO ARE WE?
EOS Capital is the largest student-run investment fund in Europe in terms of participating universities. Operating as an asset manager, we provide extraordinary students with extraordinary opportunities to fast-track themselves to internships and careers within primarily finance, but also in marketing, HR, and creative domains through partnerships with existing firms.
Originally launched and exclusive to ESSEC Business School in France in 2022, we now have members of several other top universities in Europe including Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), London School of Economics (LSE), and the University of Edinburgh.
OUR INVESTING ACTIVITIES
At the moment we have $1m AUM*, and our investments are controlled by three mid- to large-cap equity funds and one quantfund. Each of these funds focus on growth-investing as well as momentum investing, seeking a sustinable return.
Our equity funds each have one fund director and two analysts, and have a primary investing focus as follows:
Our employed investing strategy is reviewed and revised on a quarterly basis by the Investment Committee which is composed of heads of departments as well as fund directors. Smaller adjustments are made between these meetings.

HOW IT WORKS
There are two sides to EOS Capital in what we do. The first is that we educate; we equip each member of our team with the knowledge and skills which they need to excel in their chosen field. The second builds on the aforementioned, we invest our assets to create a sustainable return on them. Whilst the latter is an integral part to the firm, we know that there is strength in numbers, and that you're only as good as the people you have around you, and for that reason, the 'education' side of EOS Capital is vital. EDUCATION
A dedicated member of our team will provide each new member with training courses and material specific to their role at EOS Capital, assisting them wherever it may be needed.
INTEGRATION
Once done, the new addition will be assigned a mentor from their working team who they will shadow. The mentor will walk them through specific details of their role and help them out along the way.
COLLABORATION
Once each new member has completed that, they will become a full-working member of the team and collaborate to fulfil our mission at EOS Capital

Our Framework
All of our teams are interdependent. Below you can find our methodology of work for each team to ensure smooth operations across EOS Capital.
Investment Management
Composed of three trading funds covering different sectors, as well as a quant trading fund. Responsible for making models weekly for different investing opportunities, and monitoring open positions.
Investor Relations
Tasked with creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports highlighting the performance of our funds and other elements crucial of EOS Capital.
Risk Management
Our risk team is dedicated to identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risk of our investments, and creating our risk policy, ensuring sustainability of the firm's future.
Human Resources
Our team ensures that all members of EOS Capital are working towards a common goal, and are headed with identifying new talent to bring on board.
Research Group
Reports are made on a two-week basis covering significant macro-events which are utilised by the Investment Management team to allow them to make informed decisions in their role of investing.
Marketing
Aim to increase the exposure of EOS Capital, gaining recognition and highlighting the expertise of our members to aid them in future career opportunities.
